From the Basic E model onwards, an electric mixer can be retrofitted without any further effort. The appropriate brackets are already installed in the housing, as are the electrical contacts. The agitator can be attached directly and used immediately without much effort. Only a small connecting part between the two electrical contacts needs to be removed.
