You can fill your Helipott straight away with the right coconut substrate.
Simply soak a coconut brick with a small amount of water and add the finished substrate to the solids container.
We recommend dissolving the brick as dry as possible, which will significantly increase its absorbency. With the 8l brick you can achieve this quite well with 0.6l of water. It's best to put the brick and the water in a bag, let it soak and knead the whole thing.
If you buy your coconut substrate from somewhere else, make sure that there are no added fertilizers or nutrients if possible. These usually have unpleasant smells.
