How to dispose of the solids:

  • Why doesn’t it stink with HELIPOTT?

It's actually quite simple. Your body is already smart enough to separate its waste into solid and liquid. This natural principle should also be maintained when it comes to disposal.

  • Can I dispose of toilet paper in the HELIPOTT?

Toiletries such as toilet paper, pads or tampons should be disposed of separately.

  • How do I clean my HELIPOTT?

The compost container with the agitator can be removed and emptied.

  • Is the agitator dangerous for my child?

HELIPOTT is designed so that the agitator only works when the lid is closed. This is monitored by the integrated sensors.

However, it is not a toy and children should not handle it alone.

  • What are the advantages of HELIPOTT compared to other composting toilets

Helipott has the great advantage that all functions run automatically. This makes it very easy to use. The user only has to open the lid and close it again after using the toilet, the intelligent program does the rest.

This makes it safe and easy to use.

As soon as Helipott is connected to the mains and switched on, it first carries out a self-test and then goes into sleep mode, which saves energy.

As soon as you open the lid, Helipott wakes up from sleep mode and starts its program. Immediately afterwards, the ventilation and the LED come on.

If the LED lights up constantly, Helipott is ready for use; if the LED flashes, then something is wrong. e.g. that the canister or compost bin is not in or is full, or the power connection or the battery needs to be charged.

If everything is OK, you can do your business as usual.

After closing the lid, two redundant sensors are activated, which check whether the lid has been closed. If the lid is closed, the spray device for the urinal and the stirring program start.

The agitator rotates forwards and backwards for a certain time, switches off, stirs again after a short time and then every hour for a few seconds.

When the substrate in the agitator is saturated, the toilet signals this by flashing continuously as soon as the lid is opened. The compost container should then be emptied.

The toilet also shows when the urine canister is full or missing. Helipott thinks ahead and ensures that nothing goes wrong.
